Party Reservation Agreement

LWCA 2025 Annual Assessments are due!

For residents who return the 2025 Annual Assessment of $675 by March 15,

an incentive package of 20 daily guest passes, valued at $100, will be

provided for your use throughout the summer.

Residents may also choose to pay the Assessment in two installments, the first in the amount of $337.50, due on March 15. The second installment, in the same amount, is due May 1. Payments

received after May 15 are subject to late fees.

Checks, made out to Lakeridge West Community Association, can be

mailed to PO Box 395, Old Bridge, NJ, or dropped in the locked box at the front door or 33 Cressida. Credit card payments can be made through Member Splash. Your username is your house number and

street, no space, i.e. 39Cymbeline. Select pay by credit card. You can also use Zelle. Search treasurer@lakeridgewest.org. Enter

your name and address in the memo line.
