- Swim Club Manager (1 opening)
- Head Lifeguard / Assistant Manager (1 opening)
- Lifeguards (6 to 8 openings)

Job Summary:
- Lakeridge West Community Association seeks a self-motivated leader to manage its pool club operation. The Lakeridge West Community, located in Old Bridge, NJ is home to 191 residential households. The pool club provides recreational and social experiences to community residents.
- The pool club manager is responsible for the entire swim club operation, including the safe and effective use of pool chemicals, budgeting, labor management and facilities maintenance. The pool club manager will supervise a safe, clean, well-maintained and appealing club swimming facilities.
- The pool club manager position is a summer seasonal position running from April to September. The pool club will be open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a team.
- Excellent communications and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of pool safety regulations and lifeguarding techniques.
- Broad knowledge and experience in pool chemistry, operation and management.
- Candidates are required to possess a valid New Jersey driver’s license.
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification a plus.
Benefits:
- Flexible work hours averaging 32 to 35 hours per week in season.

- A seasonal salary, commensurate with experience, will be negotiated, providing the successful candidate with compensation ranging from $22 to $27 per hour.
- An end of season performance bonus will be tied to financial results, operational performance and resident’s satisfaction levels.
General Responsibilities:
- Hiring, training, supervision, scheduling and evaluation of pool club staff.
- Purchasing of chemicals and operation supplies.
- Processing of payroll.
- Facilitates cleanliness and proper maintenance of pool equipment and facilities.
- Promotes the three-S’s of pool management: Safety, Sanitation and Service.
